Injury prevention starts with a balanced body. If your musculoskeletal system is not working as it should it opens up the door for various injuries, and can hinder your performance.
This session includes posture and gait analysis, a set movement screen, and sport or activity specific movement analysis. These are all done via video analysis, which after the session is finished the scores and a write-up of findings will be completed for you.
This is also a great analysis to have done prior to injury, pre-season or at any time, for comparison during recovery if an injury is to occur.
