Injury prevention starts with a balanced body. If your musculoskeletal system is not working as it should it opens up the door for various injuries, and can hinder your performance.
This is a 30 minute session that includes posture and gait analysis, a set movement screen, and sport or activity specific movement analysis. These are all done via video analysis, which after the session is finished the scores and a write-up of findings will be completed for you.
This is also a great analysis to have done prior to injury, pre-season or at any time, for comparison during recovery if an injury is to occur.
