Taping and Bracing

Athletic Therapists are trained to apply a wide range of taping and bracing techniques to help support muscles and joints while recovering from an injury or imbalance in every day life, activities, or sport.

This includes but is not limited to movement prevention, movement support, stability support, and stability correction. A variety of tapes and products can be used depending on the specific need of the individual.

As an alternative to taping, store-bought braces can be used and Coast Performance Project is here to help in the selection and fitting of a brace.
